Marisa Tomei, best known to many younger fans as Aunt May in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Spider-Man trilogy, quietly celebrated her 60th birthday on December 4, 2024.
While the Oscar-winning actress chose not to publicly mark the occasion on her social media accounts, one fan tribute on X (formerly Twitter) set the internet abuzz—and left everyone astonished by her seemingly ageless beauty.

In the video that went viral, Tomei appears in a chic black dress with delicate lace panels, sitting casually on a couch. At one point, she playfully kicks up a bare leg—twice—then flips her hair and casts a confident, knowing gaze into the camera.
The clip quickly sparked a flurry of reactions from fans who couldn’t help but remark that she looks as youthful as ever.

One X user wrote, “She looks younger than most 30-year-olds,” while another waxed poetic about her timeless appeal, declaring, “Marisa Tomei and Susanna Hoffs will remain undefeated.
Five hundred years from now, there will be men creating art in their honor. The Second Renaissance will begin with marble statues depicting these gorgeous American women at the peak of the American era.”

The praise didn’t stop there. Admirers clamored to know how Tomei maintains her youthful appearance: “What does Marisa do to look like that?” one fan wondered.
For Tomei, however, age is just a number. Earlier this year, when asked how she felt about turning 60, the My Cousin Vinny star shrugged off the attention, calling it “a silly thing to be quantified by.”
She also shared the advice she would give to her younger self: “Keep partying, keep having fun, and do all the late nights and everything that comes across your plate. That’s the time to do it, really.”

Currently more focused on theater work, Tomei refers to movies as her “side hustle” these days.
Yet fans who have adored her since her Academy Award-winning performance as Mona Lisa Vito in 1992’s My Cousin Vinny remain devoted. “I was in love with her in the mid-’90s,” one admirer confessed. “Now it looks like I’ll be in love with her until she’s in her mid-90s.”
